Palazzo Visdomini, is located in Pietrasanta in the province of Lucca, Versilia, Tuscany. Open from April 1 to October 15 you can spend there a great holiday in spring and summer, to enjoy the best of the natural and cultural beauty of Versilia.

Belonged to a noble family from Florence at the end of ‘800, the building then passed to the Marquis Visdomini bearing his name. The current owner has done a beautiful restoration to maintain the characteristics of the building and adapted it to welcome guests without changing its quality of private home both in comfort and amenities.

Palazzo Visdomini includes five luxury rooms all different from each other, and a loft. Marble and wood are the dominant materials, furnishings are treated in detail with beautiful antique furniture and artwork, and luxurious bathrooms has Jacuzzi. A beautiful garden and a swimming pool complete this precious little hotel.

From the third floor of the building you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Rocca di Sala, a former fortress that dominates Pietrasanta. This town is known as “Little Athens of Versilia” for the artistic and cultural wealth of sculptures, and artworks as well. A short walk away you can admire the International Park of Contemporary Sculpture. From there you can visit also Viareggio, Marina di Pietrasanta, Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi.

Another small charming hotel to spend a fantastic holiday is La Ghirlanda, which is located in Saragano in the province of Perugia, Umbria. Open from April 1 to January 7, this farmhouse is surrounded by a beautiful estate in the Umbrian hills and it was a manor house used for hunting.

La Ghirlanda provide to its guests 12 rooms, all different from each other, classy furnished, some with fireplace, some with canopy bed. The facility is equipped with all amenities and service staff is very nice and friendly. The family owns the villa from the 20s and wants to maintain it intimate and harmonious.

The breakfast buffet and the restaurant include the traditional dishes of Umbria, as well as many organic products of the farm, such as olive oil, barley and lentils. Lot of animals are bred on the estate with traditional and organic methods. The farm is part of the estates Pongelli Benedettoni including DOC and DOCG vineyards in the Sagrantino district. La Ghirlanda also organizes cooking classes and wine tastings, both for customers staying in the hotel, and for those who decide to participate in only one course of 4 hours. Classes are held in Italian, English, French and Spanish.
